The quality policy of FINSA is based in provide our customers products and services demanded with the required quality and compliance with regulations in force in each case.
This policy will be achieved through:
The attention to the needs of our customers.
The planning concrete actions on our processes in response to the new demands of customers.
Preparation of the framework for setting and reviewing targets.
An analysis of the results obtained from the changes made in the processes.
The completion of new shares arising from the findings of this analysis.
The Directorate of FINSA fully supports the guidelines and procedures arising from the quality manual and are thus mandatory for all employees, and undertakes to provide the necessary means to achieve the provisions of this policy Ensuring its update, its dissemination and understanding at all levels.
